Please note that shipping charge only includes delivery; therefore customers will be responsible for any import duties and local taxes. Where applicable, any import duties and/or taxes will be calculated at the checkout, and added to the order total. Orders will then be despatched DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), meaning no further charges will apply on arrival to Canada.
We are able to ship all of our collections to Canada with the exception of Furniture and Blinds.
Please note all orders for wallpaper and fabric are shipped with our shipping partner UPS and can take up to 7 days to arrive.
We use a tracked service with DHL and UPS to ship your order. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email along with tracking details as soon as your item(s) are dispatched. If you provide your mobile number at checkout, DHL will send you delivery updates and offer on demand delivery progress updates.
We are unable to make any changes to orders once they have been dispatched. If delivery cannot be completed within three attempts your order may be returned to us and result in an automatic refund, however we will try to contact you in this case.
