If the item(s) was marked as gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive an EJS gift card for the value of your return. Once the return item is received, a gift card will be issued to you via email.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
If you think you are eligible for a gift return you will need to contact info@emmajshipley.com to advise us of your intention to return within 14 days and return the goods within 28 days. We will also require your Emma J Shipley order number.
