1. What is Klarna?
Klarna is a payment system that allows you to purchase the pieces you love and pay flexibly. They offer "pay later with Klarna" which allows you 30 days to pay for your order or "pay later in 3 with Klarna" which allows you to split your purchase into three payments (the first instalment being taken at the time of purchase).
2. Am I eligible?
You must be at least 18 to use the Klarna payment options, and they are subject to your financial circumstances. If you choose the Pay in 3 option, Klarna will never charge interest or late fees, and whilst they will run soft credit searches to check eligibility, there is no impact on your credit score. You are responsible for making the agreed repayments on time and in full.
3. How do I make the payments?
If you choose the "pay later in 3 with Klarna" option, your first payment will be taken on checkout and the remaining instalments collected every 30 days as per the instalment plan. To help you keep on top of your payments, you’ll be notified each time a payment is coming up and your card will be charged automatically on the due date. You can also download the Klarna app to stay up-to-date on your outstanding balances. If you return anything before your balances are cleared, the remaining payments will be readjusted.
