Blinds Returns

We are unable to accept returns on blinds unless faulty, as these are made to order items. We advise ordering fabric samples to make sure you are happy before purchasing. We highly recommend that you use our blind measuring guide, please click the link here, before you place your order.

Our refund policy doesn’t apply to products that are made to order, which cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged. This doesn't affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty, or not as described.

If you think you are eligible for a blinds return you will need to contact info@emmajshipley.com to advise us of your intention to return within 14 days and return the goods within 28 days of receipt.
