Refunds

Customers will receive a notification of delivery to our warehouse through our returns portal. Once received to our warehouse, your return will then be thoroughly inspected, in accordance with our returns policy. This process can take 5-10 working days.

Once inspected, you will receive an email confirmation of the approval or rejection of the return and refund.

If your refund has been approved, then we aim to process your refund within 3 working days. Whilst it may be sooner, please allow up to 5 working days during sale periods.

If your return has been rejected, our customer services team will be in touch to arrange sending the item(s) back to you.

Please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account depending on your card issuer.

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 working days of the approval notice, please contact your card provider.
